What is a skip level load?

Each skip has a clearly marked skip level load on the side, showing you how high you can safely fill it. If you're unsure where this line is, our friendly drivers will be happy to point it out.

Please note: You must not load waste above the top edge of the skip. If your skip is overloaded, our driver may be unable to collect it or may ask you to remove the excess before collection. Overfilling poses a serious safety risk, as debris can fall onto roads, potentially causing damage or injury. We will not collect skips until additional items are removed.
