Waste processing and recycling 

Collected waste is transported to our Coventry-based Material Recycling Facility. Here, materials like wood, plastic, cardboard, and metals are extracted using a combination of equipment and manual sorting. Recyclable materials are baled and sold to manufacturers, re-entering the supply chain. Non-recyclable, high-calorific waste is sent to UK RDF or AD facilities to be converted into energy. Only a minimal percentage, unsuitable for recycling or energy recovery, is directed to UK landfills.
