Terms and conditions

1. Open to all our commercial customers who participate in the online survey.

2. Closing date for survey submission is 11th December 2023. Only one entry per person.

3. The prize entitles one winner to an Amazon gift voucher to the value of £100. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable.

4. One winner will be drawn at random by 15th December 2023 and will be notified by email.

5. Completion of the online survey indicates acceptance of these terms & conditions.
