Christmas and New Year opening times

Our offices will be closed during the festive period and we will not be running our skip hire or waste collections on the following dates:

25th December
26th December
1st January

We will also have reduced working hours on:

27th December (8:00 – 16:00)
28th December (8:00 – 16:00)
29th December (8:00 – 16:00)

Our operating hours have been reduced during the Christmas period to allow our team some well-deserved time with their family and loved ones. Therefore, we may take longer than usual to reply to your messages, and we will resume normal working hours on 2nd January where we will take care of any outstanding issues.

If your scheduled waste collection is due Monday the 25th December and Monday the 1st January and is located in the Rugby/Lutterworth area, we plan to run these collections on our next working day, please contact us if you want to cancel either of these services to avoid charges. For any other area that is due to be serviced during our closed period, we will automatically cancel your collection and you will not be charged. If your business is closed or if you need to change your service day, you can rearrange your waste collection by contacting us with your company name, the date of service you wish to reschedule and the preferred rescheduled date on 024 7666 2525 or by email to orders@tomwhitewaste.co.uk by the 16th of December.

Christmas skip hire and RoRo’s

Please book any skip hire or RoRo deliveries and collections in advance to avoid disappointment, as we will be operating with a reduced team in the week leading up to Christmas and over the festive season.
