As the festive season approaches, we want to ensure your waste collection runs as smoothly as possible while spreading a little festive cheer! 

Christmas and New Year opening times 2025

Our opening times during the festive period are:

24th December - 8:00 - 16:00
25th December - CLOSED
26th December - CLOSED
29th December - 7:00 – 17:00  
30th December - 7:00 – 17:00
31st December - 8:00 – 16:00
1st January - CLOSED

To give our hardworking team some well deserved time with their loved ones, we’ll be reducing our operations over the festive season. This means we may take a little longer to reply to your messages, but rest assured we’ll be back to normal working hours on 2nd January 2026 to resolve any outstanding queries.

We will automatically reschedule any services due on the bank holidays; we may attend before or after your usual service day. This may also mean your service lands on Saturday 27th December and / or Saturday 3rd January, please allow 24-48 working hours either side of your usual service day for this recovery to take place.

If you don’t ask us to skip a service, we will still attend and failed services may result in wasted journey charges. We kindly ask for access to your container between 6am and 4pm, this includes Saturday the 27th December and the Saturday 3rd January. Please do inform us if this isn’t possible as if we still attend, you may still be charged.
